We are writing to inform you of a reported incident involving the theft from a motor vehicles in the local area. The offence occurred on the afternoon of 21st October, at approximately 14:00 hours, in The Heights Car Park, Sandown. Reference Number: 44250748232 It is believed that the individual(s) responsible were observed searching through the vehicle, potentially in pursuit of valuable items. Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) will be conducting patrols in the vicinity as part of ongoing enquiries.
If you possess any dashcam or doorbell camera footage that may show individuals in the area around the time of the incident, we kindly ask that you contact us via 101, quoting the reference number above. Please be reminded that it is not too late to report any suspicious activity to the police. We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage all residents to remove valuable items from their vehicles and ensure that vehicles are securely locked at all times.
